I can't believe how well Ceri chaired that meeting and maintained energy for 2 hours, she was so good! It was a great meeting, really interesting and engaging.

Ceri's training is consistently engaging, interactive, and highly relevant, bringing topics to life in a way that builds both confidence and practical skills. She is incredibly supportive, approachable, and always knows where to find the latest evidence, resources, and additional information.

I am a pharmacist and when I saw this advertised I thought I wouldn’t come as I know about safety. But I came for a coffee and I have learned so much that I didn’t realise I didn’t know!

Before moving into public health, I spent 13 years as a teacher in an inner‑city Manchester school. This shaped the way I work today: inclusive, adaptable and relationship‑focused.
I am experienced in working with multi-agency partners, as well as children and families from a wide range of backgrounds, and in tailoring my approach to meet differing needs.
Alongside my professional life, I’m a mum to one adventurous son, a keen gardener with a newly claimed allotment, and an enthusiastic strength trainer. I’ll soon be taking part in my next Hyrox competition with my brother.
